What You’ll Do:
Process invoices in line with policies in an accurate and timely manner
Challenge budget holders when necessary, in relation to the ordering process, coding, authorisation and compliance on standing orders
Process monthly corporate credit card statements for approval
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that invoices are returned promptly and fully authorised
First point of contact for internal and external queries
Accurately update the rent accounting system daily with customer payments that have been processed
What You’ll Need:
Good customer service and communication skills, responding or giving feedback to internal/external customers, managers, users and contractors
Ability to follow defined processes and procedures (incl deadlines) in an accurate and consistent manner
Ability to use or willingness to learn basic Microsoft packages
GCSE grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
